In line with our sustainable procurement approach, we ensure that our suppliers and solution partners:
• Have Quality Assurance Management Systems, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and internationally recognized environmental and sustainability ethics/certifications.
• Ensure that their production and supply processes do not have harmful effects on the environment and comply with environmental regulations.
• Use and consume resources appropriately without harming wildlife or ecosystems and comply with hunting and conservation laws.
• Work to minimize and properly manage waste, and offer alternatives such as reduced packaging or bulk packaging options.
• Provide alternatives that are environmentally friendly, economical, local, ethically responsible, recyclable or made from recycled materials, organic, bio, vegan, cruelty-free, and free from harmful chemical components.
• Prefer domestic and local production/service providers.
• Offer products or services that reflect and promote the cuisine, traditions, and culture of our country/region.
We prioritize these principles and communicate our expectations to our stakeholders and suppliers. Together with our suppliers, we strive to create efficient purchasing opportunities and aim to reduce the environmental impacts arising from the procurement processes.
