HOTEL BOOKING PROCESS

During the reservation stage, guests are required to provide personal information such as their full name, phone number, and email address.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is collected via bank transfer.
An invoice is issued upon the guest’s request.


UPON CHECK-IN

Guests’ identification information is collected and entered into the Gendarmerie system.


HOTEL RULES

  • Entry into the rooms with shoes is not permitted.

  • Breakfast is served between 09:00 and 11:00 a.m.

  • Evening tea hours are between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

  • Check-in time starts at 2:00 p.m.

  • Check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.

  • Consumption of alcohol in the rooms is strictly prohibited.

  • Water provided in the rooms is complimentary.

  • Breakfast is included in the accommodation rate.
